½ c dark chocolate melts
¾ c brown sugar
¾ c caster sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
2 c flour
1/3 c cocoa
¾ tsp baking powder
¾ c dark chocolate melts
Preheat oven to
180®C. In a saucepan melt butter
and first chocolate melts stirring.
Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Stir in eggs, caster sugar, brown sugar
and vanilla essence. In a separate
bowl sift flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Stir in chocolate mixture and second chocolate melts.
Shape mixture into golf ball sized portions on a lined baking tray and
bake for 10 mins. Stand 5 mins on
